How long does ir take?

How long does it usually take for it all to be sorted? I ordered fibre just over 3 weeks ago and I've not hurd anything at all from plus net

l would re-contact plusnet and ask them for an update on your order.

lt may not have been processed they normally send you emails to confirmyour order and give progress.

Prior to contacting PlusNet there are a couple of things you can do.

Enter your phone number in the following and see if there's any narrative about an "Open Order"

http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome

Try to Login to PlusNet and see if there's anything under My order or View My Questions (support tickets).

Lastly, you might be lucky and get this picked up by a staff member.
