How long does broadband activation take?

Hi
I switched from Sky to plusnet fibre broadband on 11th May yet this still hasn't been activated. How long does this take?
I was told that my broadband switch would be complete and ready to go by 11th.

Have you tried connecting the new router and adding your details ?

Yes I have connected the router and followed the setup instructions. The router shows a solid blue light but I have no broadband.

Hi Liam.

It doesn't look like your account activated automatically when your broadband order completed.

I've just done that. Can you connect now?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
