How long do I wait for Pure Card reward

Hi there,

I’m sure this is a common theme. But can anyone tell me what the process is for the pure card £75 sign up reward is? I started the switch two weeks ago and am now fully set up with Plusnet internet. But I haven’t had any information on when or how I receive the cash back.
