Can anyone tell me how long you have to wait to switch from Sky for fibre unlimited?
I ordered on 31/7/18
I was on online chat 2/9/18 to check progress as I hadn't heard anything. My router was sent that day and I received this a few days later.
I checked the online order and it looks as if the phone line has transferred but broadband is still showing as pending.
I know it said it would take a minimum of 10 days, but 9 weeks seems a bit extreme.
