Been with Plusnet since the beginning and always been happy with service. Covid or no covid they couldn't have messed up my house move ahy more if they had set out to do it on purpose. Moved 17th August. Still no broadband. Over £60 spent on rubbish BT on demand packs. Finally got an apology but no acceleration of installation. Have you tried ringing them up? I even had an SMS and email saying I could reply to SMS. NOPE!
i am expecting to be connected this week but cant get through to check.
