How do I track an overdue order placed for upgrade to fibre
Please can anyone advise how I can track the progress of an overdue order?
I requested a change to unlimited fibre last week and received an e-mail confirming that the moving process had started and that the change would take place yesterday (Jan 12th). Unfortunately I have seen no change of service, I have not received a new router and my Plusnet account shows only "An error has occurred. You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress".
Is there a way to check if the router has been mailed and what the new go live date is? I do need to make sure this change goes through as the current set up cannot handle the load of working and 3 teenagers "schooling" from home.

It allowed me to identify that my upgrade date is now Jan 21st. Fingers crossed.
