How Long Before Broadband is connected to phone line

Hi all

My phone line was connected this morning but I still have no news on my router or broadband

Tried to phone-chat but 20-25 min wait

Router is showing as not on order?

sure I read somewhere that the broadband is usually activated the same day as phone line?

Yes the broadband and phone are usually connected on the same day but it can take up to midnight for everything to go through. No doubt one of the plusnet staff we come across your post soon and be able to check that everything is processing okay for you

As we had to arrange for a new line to be activated, I'm afraid this means your broadband won't be active today. The order is in place and is due to complete on the 14th, which is the shortest lead time for this type of order we can place.
