I tried all day yesterday 14/8 - I got through once after 30 minutes and they put me through to another department which took 35 minutes. Half way through the conversation, I got cut off and hoped to be phoned back but wasn't. Tried ringing again to have a recording say call back later.
Today 15/8 same has happened.
I need to know if my order is happening. It doesn't seem like it so I am still paying for 2 lines.
