Hi somebody please help? I am still waiting for my line to be connected.... Engineer appointment was allegedly missed, even though I was at home!
second engineer visit was arranged by plusnet, but I didnt agree to this....so ive been charged £65!
And still i have no connected internet???

Looking over your orders, the initial engineer appointment does advised there was no one home, the engineer also called our office and we tried to call the contact mobile number on your account, with no answer.
As it currently stands, looking at your account there is no engineer charge showing.
Having said this, I can't see anything to suggest we actually re-booked an appointment, but your orders were completed a few days later, on the 28th.
