House move, no phone, no broadband, no update

We couldn't keep our existing provider when we moved house so we decided to switch both phone and broadband to Plusnet.  Over two weeks ago we received an email saying it would be at least 10 working days before we were connected.  We have not heard anything since.  We have now been without a land line or broadband for a fortnight and we have no idea how much longer it's going to take.  When my husband logs into Plusnet (using up his precious mobile data) it just says in progress.  He couldn't get through to the call centre to speak to a real person.

Can anyone give us a clue over how much longer this is likely to take?  Should we have had an engineer visit booked in or a router sent out or at least a provisional date by now?  Have we been forgotten about?  What is going on?

Hi @kitharette,

I'm really sorry that you haven't heard anything regarding your account.

So that we can look into this can you please provide the account username via PM and we will have a look into this for you as soon as we can.

I can see there is a bit of a call queue at the moment with our order updates team so we will get all the information you require.

Thanks.
