I moved house on the 8th June but found my internet connection hadn't been transferred as arranged. I've phoned and updated a support case several times trying to find out when this will be available but I'm not having much joy. If anyone here can help I would really appreciate it. I work from home and using a mobile to connect is getting expensive! Plusnet username is [Removed].

Fixed! Go to the fix.
Unfortunately the previous provider of the line in your property put a cease on the line which meant we were unable to place any orders until it completed.
We then had to place a order to reactivate your phone line and then once that completed we had to wait for records to update so we could place your fibre order.
This has gone through and you should have fibre on the 19th
