House Move

I have moved house 10 days ago. When I changed address with the support via phone, the person said it wouldn't require a visit by an engineer to my house and should be done within a week.

I need broadband to work urgently. Customer support isn't available today via phone (calls get cancelled).

Could someone from Plus please check how long this will take?
