House Move During Contract but can't get in touch

I’m moving to my new home on the 16th of this month. I bought the house last month and it’s now ready to move in. BT have disconnected the phone when the previous owners moved out. My current Plus.net package is for broadband only but would like take up the unlimited broadband and Evening and Weekend phone package for the new house. Do I need to get BT to reconnect the line or would plus.net take care of that for me? I've tried to get in touch for days but your phone lines are too busy and the online chat isn't working.

Thanks for your post.
I've emailed our Customer Options Team who deal with House Moves and asked for them to give you a call to get this order put through.
They closed at 8pm, and so I've requested they call you tomorrow.
Please let us know if you need anything else in the meantime.
