I'm trying to get my dad's phone moved to his new address and fibre broadband installed.
On his home move ticket, there was a post saying that an engineers appointment had been booked for 14 December. This was followed by another post saying that an engineers appointment had been booked for 19 December.
I assumed that the second post meant that the first appointment had been cancelled but it's just occurred to me that the second post didn't mention (or apologise for) a cancellation. Are there two appointments booked, or is it just the second one?
