Home move - can anyone help been without internet for over a month

There seems to be an issue with my home move order, it seems that the automated system isnt working for me I know a customer service rep did try and initiate a manual order, and tried to set a date for last week, but still nothing.

Any ideas? could a plusnet rep here look into it please!
