Home move, Broadband not working

Our Broadband was meant to move over to our new address today but when I plug the router in although our devices are connecting to the network they are not connected to the internet. I’ve tried usual resets and troubleshooting to no avail. Is there something else I am meant to do? Thank you.

Thank you, I tried the links but it didn’t change anything. I then phoned up and was told the order didn’t go through and that I need to phone again tomorrow so I’m not sure what has happened as I was told previously that it was changing today. Bit annoying being without internet when I’ve just paid £115 to move it to new address!

Not sure who's told you the order wasn't placed. It definitely was the day after the move was requested, and is due to complete at some point today.
