Home Phone - Order cancelled

Hi there

 

I signed up to plusnet (Unlimited Fibre Extra package) the other day to switch from my current provider BT. I just received this email:

 

"We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled"

 

Could anyone shed any light on what this means? Is the entire order cancelled?

Hello there,

 

Having looked into this, I can see our automated system placed your phone transfer with Openreach, but it failed to place the broadband order. Sad As a result, we've had to manually cancel the phone order so we can place both together.

 

I've just placed these now.

 

We'll keep you updated via this ticket.
