Home Phone - Order cancelled

I signed up to plusnet (Unlimited Fibre Extra package) the other day to switch from my current provider BT. I just received this email:
"We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled"
Could anyone shed any light on what this means? Is the entire order cancelled?

Having looked into this, I can see our automated system placed your phone transfer with Openreach, but it failed to place the broadband order. As a result, we've had to manually cancel the phone order so we can place both together.
I've just placed these now.
