i have this morning received an email from you telling me that my home phone order has been cancelled. I have not done this. I made it very clear to the sales operative that I wasn't moving in to the property in question until this Friday so I am annoyed that this has happened.
Please can you confirm that my phone order (pay as you go) will happen on Monday 10th August as previously advised and that my broadband will happen on Tuesday 11th
Upon talking to the phone support after an hour and a half of waiting I was told that Openreach had cancelled the order without providing a reason why. The order could not be sorted and so I have cancelled my contract as I would have had to wait a further 10 working days which is unreasonable.
