Home Phone - Order Cancelled

I have received an e-mail this morning informing me my Home Phone order has been cancelled, not much more detail than that.
The order was placed for phone and broadband on the 4th December, 3 days before I was due to move into a new house.
I duly moved in on the 7th December, I received a welcome letter from Plusnet at the new address.
I have tried phoning but the lines are very busy, chat is disabled, so as a last resort I thought I would try the forums.
So is my order cancelled and am I back to square one?
It's amazing how badly you miss the internet when you don't have it.
