Home Move - No Activation


I’ve recently moved home and arranged to transfer my PlusNet service with me. I received an email confirming that the broadband service would be activated on 6th April - however it is getting close to midnight and we still don’t appear to have broadband access.

I’m starting to get concerned as I work from home, and I really need this to be activated ASAP. I’ve got Question 212299827 open with the support team from when I notified them of the move, if that helps.

I’d appreciate if someone could confirm whether the broadband service has been activated or not, and if not, what the current status is.
