I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the installation date provided to connect your services.
The date we provide is the earliest date Openreach have an engineer available to install your connection around your postal area.
Any engineer appointments that are cancelled around your area, these engineers then become available for expedite installation, e.g for vulnerable customers, customers whose installation was not previously completed on schedule, etc.
Openreach install services for all providers, with exception of Virgin Media.
