Home Move - Engineer Visit - What happens?

Due an Engineers visit for a home move on Tuesday (it was meant to be Monday but that's another thread which Plusnet are yet to bother to reply to). 

 

What is due to happen on said Engineers visit? Will be Fibre Broadband be switched on there and then?

When an engineer completes the work you should have a working phone line and anytime up to midnight on the day, your fibre service should go live once the order has completed in the supplier systems.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
