Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate your query.

In answer to your question, I can confirm the process to qualify for this cashback promotion is as follows:

You must click on the promotion advert to be redirected to our new account application form. The unique cashback reference is only allocated if you follow this process correctly from start to finish.

Once your account has been opened and your first service has been installed, you will receive an email with a link that must be clicked upon within 10 working days, this will be to the email address provided at signup.

The email link will direct you to complete the cashback form, note that this link is only valid for 2 months.

Within 30 working days of completing the cashback form, you will receive the prepaid debit card to your home address.

Have looked at your latest advert and this does not seem to have the link you indicated 

Can you send me the link as none of this was mentioned in the advert just said it was included therefore

if you can forward the link would be much obliged
