How do I proceed. Can't find a way to talk to help desk. Modem hasn't arrived, old provider contract is over after tomorrow, and Plusnet order status still shows "Checking your line" which it has done for 4 weeks.
What do I do to stop losing phone and internet. Any ideas out there?
It looks like you've since called us and we've progressed your account to reflect the status of your order. As it's a transfer from your current provider, you shouldn't lose service until the order completes with Plusnet.
Just to make you aware though you'll have a little downtime on the day of the transfer as the work completes, and the service can take up to midnight to go live.
