Haven't recieved Plusnet card

Hello,

I've recently signed up to Plusnet via a deal on USwitch which included a £55 Plusnet card.

My broadband was activated on 5th May 2021 and I have waited the 10 days suggested but I have not yet received any email about it.

If anybody could look into this please, I would be grateful Smiley
