Haven't received £50 reward card claim by email
I purchased an unlimited broadband package with unlimited calls which had an £50 reward card offer. I purchased the deal on the 15th of September 2020 and my line went live on the 29th of September 2020. It has been 10 days now and I still have not received any email in regards to claiming the reward card. I have also checked the junk email folder, and there is nothing there also.
I will be grateful if you could help me in regards to this.
