I don't understand the Service Notices in My Account Summary. Why does it look like I've been on Fibre since 2008?
There's also a service note on moving to 21C Network on 16/09.
Am I now provisioned with FTTC? (As of 14/09). I'm using my new Plusnet Hub One.
Also, it looks like I've been put on a new 18 month contract (from a rolling monthly ADSL) and got no offer pricing at all.
