Hardware Delivery Confusion

Hello,

I'm a bit confused, I've upgraded to Fiber and while if I look at my Products and Services I can see that Order (BP01508183) appears to say that everything has been completed including hardware dispatch when I look further down I can see what I believe is the router (HW39541207) it tells me its "Hardware Dispatch Pending".

Has it been dispatched or is it still waiting for dispatch and if it is still waiting when should I expect this stage to be completed?

Fix

The router has been ordered for you today, so it's due to arrive in time for your fibre upgrade to complete on the 22nd.

 

All that's happened today is your account has changed on our side to a fibre one in preparation for the order completing next week.
