My new phone line was activated this morning but I have had no communication that my router has been dispatched yet or any indication of when my broadband will be activated. I have now been without internet for over a week.
Customer services are 'not taking calls at this time' (so much for 24/7 customer support, what a joke)
No webchat available.
How exactly is one supposed to get this 'award winning' support from Plusnet?! If someone could get in touch I'd be grateful.
