HELP! - No internet, No phone line

Hi,

I requested a product change to go from ADSL to fibre and everything, up until yesterday, went ok, I recieved and installed the Plusnet Hub one, which worked happily with my ADSL connection. Unfortunately, yesterday morning my phone line(no tone) and broadband went dead, i assumed that my fibre was being setup that day(i didnt have a date) and waited all day and all last night and its still dead.  So could some one investigate and urgently fix my broadband connection?  I tried phoning this morning before work, but i couldnt get through.

I finally got through on chat. Line test was clear.  Looks like ill be getting an engineer in.

It looks like BT openworld had hooked up my fibre to the wrong line. Thats been fixed now and Im now up and running Smiley
