HELP! - No internet, No phone line

I requested a product change to go from ADSL to fibre and everything, up until yesterday, went ok, I recieved and installed the Plusnet Hub one, which worked happily with my ADSL connection. Unfortunately, yesterday morning my phone line(no tone) and broadband went dead, i assumed that my fibre was being setup that day(i didnt have a date) and waited all day and all last night and its still dead. So could some one investigate and urgently fix my broadband connection? I tried phoning this morning before work, but i couldnt get through.
