Got email saying broadband activated but no internet

Hello, 

 

new customer supposed to be live today. Been cut off from previous one. Connected hub and says internet is on. But no internet and when I log into hub. It says setup@plusdsl.net. And says internet connected. But no devices can get it. 

help

Hi there, hope you're well, thanks for reaching out regarding your broadband activation.

 

I've had a look into this and have found that the order is not complete as of yet. The email you received is regarding the Home Phone service, and not broadband,

 

Your broadband however is due to go live today at any point up to midnight.

Oh you’re right. Does say phone service, hopefully it’s soon, got my kids around for the weekend and they are lost without the internet. Fingers crossed.
