I ordered just 16 days ago and I received a letter to say that my phone line will go live today - I have received my router but no info as to when the broadband go live date is.
When I log in to the order tracker, it is still on the 'activating your line' stage with the message "Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}." Obviously this is not a date so not very clear.
I have sent a message asking for clarification through your help centre last week but have not received a response.
Please could someone let me know what is going on today, otherwise regrettably I will have to cancel the order and go elsewhere.
