I'm sorry to see you've not had heard about your reward card. From what I can see it was for £75 and we don't look to have emailed you anything to claim it so I've escalated this to our billing team for you.
As soon as I know more within 5 working days I'll let you know.
I've had a response from our billing team and while we can see you signed up on an offer which includes a reward card for £75, unfortunately due to a system error, your account didn't track on this properly so we can't send you a reward card.
We've instead sent you a cheque for £75 which you should receive within 14 days.
