I ordered a phone and fibre broadband package last month (paying for a years line rental upfront) and I have a phone activation date of 22/11/16 but I have no date at all for my broadband.
I need internet for work and since my phone line will no longer be with TalkTalk I guess that's that date my broadband with them will stop.
After hearing such good things about plusnet I'm now regretting moving.
Can anyone help please?

Your fibre broadband order was placed as a simultaneous order with your phone for the 22/11/16.
There appears to be a delay with the fibre provision. I've opened a ticket with our provisioning team to investigate this delay. We'll provide more information within the next 48 working hours.
