Re: Futher Information

1) No

2) Plusnet will text you

3) How did you check with no internet?

4) No

5) Hmm - not sure. If you're an existing broadband customer then yes, I presume.

3. This is the top end of estimate but you should expect to see speeds in the "VDSL Range A (Clean)" given by DSL Checker

5. When you connect the router to the working line, it should contact Plusnet automatically and retrieve your username and password.

Re: Futher Information

So what speed can I expect in this VDSL Range A as I was told it would be between 61.8Mb and 80Mb and is it going live tomorrow.

Re: Futher Information

Look at http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome?

Click on the address option and when prompted enter your postcode and house number.

This will return the estimated speeds available to your property. (This  is the same data that Plusnet would use)

Re: Futher Information

If you have been estimate 61.8Mb and 80Mb then your router should connect through to the cabinet at a speed within that range, you should expect speeds of anywhere around that range on your connection.
