Full Fibre due to be activated on Thursday 12th January, but new Hub has not yet been delivered

Full Fibre due to be activated on Thursday 12th January, but new Hub has not yet been delivered. Ordered Full Fibre on the 17th December. Where is the new Hub / Router / Modem? Thank you.

@Chris_noon1  Welcome to the Community forums

Hubs are shipped out by a tracked 24 hour service to arrive a day or two before the activation day. You should be advised when it is shipped.

I would hope that you get a shipping notice by COB today. I would check your order progress - see the PN Ticket link below and look at both open and closed tickets.

BT delays will defer router dispatch, but such delays are not always communicated proactively.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
