Full Fibre connection live after 100 days, well done Openreach!!!

My FTTP connection has been completed today after a very long delay purely caused by Openreach not repairing a blocked pavement duct. (For staff reference see question 247153909)
The delay gave me plenty of time to install hidden ethernet cable and a POE power supply from my computer room to the ONT location and my existing SOGEA service remained active. Finally had enough of the Openreach case handler updates being obviously untrue so engaged the High Level Complaints team and DSO by emailing the CEO. Didn't take too long after that.
I contacted customer service this morning saying that the OR engineer was installing the ONT and internal fibre connection as I don't believe Plusnet had knowledge of the appointment. I wanted to make sure Plusnet activated the Full Fibre account today. I'm not sure if this was completely understood as he said they would be notified by Openreach when the full fibre was ready.
The current situation is that I connect to the internet on the full fibre connection but the speeds are very low. e.g. 26Mbps on a 300Mbps service. I believe Plusnet have to do some background activity to correctly profile the connection speeds
Please could this be investigated.

Have just been called by a staff member dealing with my open question who explained that the Full Fibre order had not been closed off in BT Wholesale systems. This should happen on Monday, hopefully resulting in the correct Full Fibre speeds.
Meanwhile my Member Centre account has not been updated to the new product details and is still saying a change is in progress.☹️
