Frustrations getting set up

Very frustrated with Plusnet tonight. Still no sign of my router after nearly a week of having my new account set up. Had to borrow a modem instead so I can connect my Netgear router and I’ve just spent over half an hour listening to tech support hold music so I can get help to setting it up only to be cut off. I’m really not impressed.

Are you sure that your service has been connected? It's not unknown for Openreach to delay activation dates due to technician non axailability. Routers are automatically delayed but advising the customer needs manual intervention.
