Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I have passed this information on straight away and we have been advised it'll take around 48 hours for them to allocate a multi skilled engineer. 

 

We need to review this on the 14th March for you and will be in touch.

Cheers for that.

I'm chasing this up with our suppliers for an update and I'll respond back to your ticket when I know more.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
