Free line rental?
I've been trying to register with Plusnet online but the website is a just a little confusing.
On the first page, the "Unlimited internet" box says at the bottom "Now includes line rental". I select it, but when I reach the "Optional extras" page I'm told that "Line Rental Saver" is £197.88 or "Monthly Line Rental" is £18.99, i.e. not free at all/
Am I missing something?

The price shown on the website is the total cost for your services including line rental.
When you go through the order it will show how much each item costs such as the line rental and broadband
