Former provider cut connection, Plusnet connection isn’t ready yet.

Due to transfer over today. The ever delightful TalkTalk cut my connection at bang on midnight, I’ve had no internet since then, and have online lessons to attend today.
In an act of desperation, I’ve plugged in my Plusnet router early in the hopes the connection is up and I just haven’t been notified (I’ve been with Plusnet before and that happened), but it’s a no-go.
I tried calling customer service, but they are unable to access accounts at the moment to give me a status update.
Hoping if I leave this thread up then at some point someone can update me as to the status?
