Fibre upgrade with no connection

Hi,

Recently upgraded to Fibre, posted previously about the Hub 1 which I have now received and told that the Fibre change over would happen on 09/08/2016 (yesterday.) Went ahead and changed over tot he Hub 1 which made a huge difference to the speed straight away and everything was working fine.

However around mid-day yesterday (when we were supposed to change over) the internet went down, reading the leaflet with the router last night it explained that this is normal and the internet should be back on at mid-night at the latest. However we are still without internet this morning, has anyone experienced this before/have an idea of when the internet will come back on?

Our tests have found a external fault which is most likely the cause.

We've raised this to our suppliers and we'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
