Fibre upgrade uncertainty

Hello,
I chose to upgrade my broadband to a fibre connection on the 15th February. I received a confirmation email that stated I'd be sent a fibre capable router on the 22nd.

I haven't heard anything further since the 15th and it doesn't look like anything has changed on my plusnet broadband account landing page.

Do I need to repeat the process or should I wait a bit longer?

I should also add that I have already been billed for the upgrade on the 22nd.
