Fibre upgrade total lack of communication from Plusnet and still no upgrade

I upgraded to unlimited fibre on the 24th of March, email says upgrade would take place on the 31st March, still no upgrade on the 14th April and no reply or response from Plusnet, the new router was sent last week, but still no upgrade, any ideas how to get this sorted?
