I did a product change from broadband to 38mb fibre over the weekend, but I have had no email about when this may happen. All it says in account summary is pending.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The service should go live at any point up to midnight.

Fibre upgrade now active. Router syncing at 38Mbs, have done various speedtests this evening and download speed only 12.5Mps. Hopefully this will go up after the 10 day period.

@maxheadroom there is no 10 day period with fibre, either your profile has not yet been upgraded or the upgrade has not yet been completed. You could try a reset of your router, or give PN a cal in the morning.
