Fibre upgrade not activated

Hi,

My broadband was supposed to upgraded to fibre on the 20th but it is still not working.

I have been on the phone several times to rectify this but have had no luck. After 30 mins on phone yesterday I got cut off and I couldn't face calling back only to wait ages to speak with someone again.

I'm 82 and really struggling with this.

I don't understand why my fibre isn't working. My new router is plugged in and connected (@ 4Mbs not 30Mbs).

Can someone please look into this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help with this please.

I just want to be able to video call my grandchildren as I'm very lonely.

This is why I upgraded to fibre.

 

I also don't understand that whenever I log into my account it says......

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."

 

It has said this for 2 weeks now.
