Fibre upgrade delay? No update.

Hi admin

My broadband was due to be upgraded to fibre yesterday (30th March) - but it still hasn't happened. I haven't had any updates and now I'm worried I am being charged for fibre when I don't have it.

Please can you advise?

I've taken ownership of a ticket on your account to make sure you don't have further problems.

As you pointed out on your ticket, the lack of BBEU caused the whole thing to fail. As I type, I'm placing a manual order for you. I'll change the account manually once service is live.
