Fibre upgrade Router not arrived.

I've upgraded my broadband to fibre, and am currently waiting for the new router. This was sent on the 11th Aug.


It's failed to arrive, and my broadband has now been disconnected, as the old router isn't compatible with fibre BB.


Can't do live chat, and am not waiting for 60 minutes plus on the end of a land line or mobile.


Hopefully it's here tomorrow Plusnet, because on Saturday I'll move to Sky.

Sorry to hear your new router didn't arrive on time

From what I can see it's since arrived and you're back up and running?
