Both my daughter and myself upgraded our broadband to fibre on 18th July. It said it should be done by 24th July. My daughter received confirmation of her order being placed and eventually received her new router today (7/8). I have not even received confirmation of the order although my account shows a change of product in progress. Having to shield, using the Internet is a means of keeping in touch with the outside world. How long should these changes take? And why the difference in service levels between myself and my daughter?
